From a long proud tradition of whisperers, counting among others Robert Redford, who liked horses the most, came Melinda Gordon – a so called ghost whisperer. Brought to life in the CBS hit show Ghost Whisperer by Party of Five mega star Jennifer Love Hewitt. A lot can be said about the show, I won’t, but one thing is for sure; it is no more and Melinda is probably haunting the hallways of CBS herself at this point. I hope someone will make a comic out of that some day. I won’t, but as the “vol 1″ in the title indicates, this is almost certainly not the last we have seen of Melinda here at the Rhubarb …

No wonder she got cancelled. Nobody wants to see a widower tongueing a tombstone in prime time, am I right?
When you’re right, you’re right:)
It’s the least the ghosts can do for the Ghost Whisperer. Think about all of the ghosts who pleasure themselves watching her take a shower.
I imagine it’s getting pretty crowded in that bathroom at times:)
Hmmm seems she had a lurcitive setup there. “yeah, the spirit wants you to rob a bank and then leave all the money in a duffle bag under an oak tree in the park…”
Haha…Yeah, even ghost whisperers have to make a livin’:)
I think you’ve gotten your whisperers all mixed up, because I’m pretty sure the picture you’ve done, alludes to one of the subplots of The Horse Whisperer with Robert Redford.
You’re right. I see that movie as my sole source of inspiration for pretty much every comic I make. My starting point is always what would Robert Redford do, and would he eventually whisper it to a horse?
There are so many things right about this strip
I’m pretty sure this has already been made into pr0n too :S
Thanks, Brandon, I wasn’t sure people would take to it, so that’s very nice to hear indeed.
Ghost on human action. Hot!
Can a ghost die all over again? If so, it’s about to happen! Great stuff, Christian! Well done!
Haha…I’m glad you like it, Mark.
I love all of your strips, but I also can’t wait to read your post about each one of them every time. They crack me up everytime!
Hi Stephanie. I’m glad to see you’re still following along. I wasn’t sure if anyone was reading my silly little posts, so it’s also very nice to hear that someone actually does and even finds them entertaining. I hope I can persuade to come back for more in the future. I’ll take take silly to a whole new level:)
Ha! Outrageous!
Outrageous is just the word:) Thanks, MJ.
If ya gotta pass on spirit’s messages you may as well enjoy yourself doing it
Yes, and who here can honestly say they haven’t done the same at one point or another?
